2. Gift card code is applicable for facial, massage, contouring, hair & scalp services
3. Gift card code is only for one-time use, the unutilized amount will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or spa credits.
4. La Source Spa reserves the right to amend/cancel the gift card at any time.
5. Appointments made at least 3 days in advance are required.
