This e-voucher is entitled to the redemption of ONE FamilyMart Latte / Cappuccino.
1. Each e-voucher is entitled to the redemption of the specific item stated clearly on the e-voucher. Redemption is limited to the product specified at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue, Petron Genting Permai, and KLIA2), depending on in-store availability. Users are required to top up the amount differences for any purchase exceeding the e-voucher value. However, in the event that the transaction value is lower than the e-voucher value, the price difference will not be refunded.
2. The e-voucher QR code must be presented and scanned by the cashier for redemption. Failure to do so, and redemption is not allowed.
3. The e-voucher can be used for one-time redemption only and only one e-voucher is allowed per single transaction/receipt
4. The e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances
5. Any unredeemed e-voucher will be forfeited after the validity period and will not be refunded to the user nor exchangeable for cash.
6. FamilyMart will not entertain any claim for loss of e-vouchers.
7. FamilyMart reserves the right to terminate or refuse the usage of the e-voucher where there is a rational suspect of any abuse and/or misuse of the e-voucher and/or any unethical behavior in relation to FamilyMart. This includes stealing, abusive or offensive behavior, and providing false information.
8. FamilyMart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
