1. The e-voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e-voucher.
2. Valid for the purchase of prescription lenses only.
3. This e-voucher is valid for redemption at all OPTICAL 88 shops in Malaysia.
4. The e-voucher must be presented prior to the transaction being made and is not refundable and/or exchangeable for cash.
5. In the event that the total transaction value is lower than the e-voucher value, the excess amount will not be refunded in cash or any form.
6. If the value of the purchase exceeds the e-voucher’s value, the value difference shall be borne by the shopper. Shoppers are allowed to use cash or a credit card to top up the difference if the e-voucher is insufficient.
7. A combination of e-vouchers is allowed. No minimum spending required.
8. OPTICAL 88 reserves the right to refuse any e-voucher that appears to be fraudulent, tampered with, or duplicated.
