Health Screening Preparation Guidelines
• Fasting Requirements
Fasting is required for certain blood tests and radiological procedures. No food or drinks should be
consumed for at least 8 hours before the tests; however, plain water is allowed.
Please advise all employees to check with the AHP nurse when booking their screening
appointment. Light refreshments will be served after the tests.
• Medications and Medical Records
Please bring along all medications, previous medical reports, and X-ray or scan films for consultation,
if applicable.
• Treadmill Stress Test
If you are scheduled for a treadmill stress test, please wear sports shoes and appropriate attire
• Stool Sample Collection
A stool collection bottle will be provided on the day of the health screening. Alternatively, you may
collect a bottle in advance from either of the two clinics (AHP or AMI) prior to your appointment.
• Guidelines for Female Participants
➢ Health screening should be scheduled five (5) days after your menstruation ends or at least
one (1) week before your next cycle begins.
➢ For mammograms, please do not wear talcum powder, perfume, or deodorant on the day
of the test.
➢ Mammograms are not suitable for pregnant women.
- Appointment booking is required for all health screening packages. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Members are encouraged to book their appointments early to ensure redemption of their eVoucher before its expiry date.
- Price stated is inclusive of prevailing GST
- eVoucher can only be redeemed once and must be presented electronically at the clinic during redemption.
- All health screening packages must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher.
- eVoucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be extended once expired.
- Any tests declined or unused under the package are non-refundable and cannot be replaced with other services.
- Any tests, services, consultations, scans, or add-on items not included in the purchased package will be chargeable directly by the clinic.
