FitBeat is a Singapore-based personal training company offering personalised 1-to-1 training programmes, with coaches matched to each client’s programme goals and needs.
About this programme
Return to fitness safely and confidently after birth with five 1-to-1 sessions focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation, deep core reconstruction and progressive full-body strength.
The programme is tailored to the client’s post-partum stage and delivered by a coach trained in post-natal exercise.
T&Cs
- Includes 5 x 60-minute 1-to-1 sessions.
- Suitable from 4 weeks post-partum following vaginal birth or 6 weeks post-partum following C-section, subject to obstetrician clearance.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All five sessions must be completed within the validity period.
- After redemption, FitBeat will send a confirmation email within 1 business day, including a link to the FitBeat booking portal.
- Sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Same-day and last-minute requests are subject to coach availability.
- The member and coach will agree on an initial session schedule, typically weekly or bi-weekly, during the first session.
- Sessions are delivered at the member’s home, condo gym or FitBeat’s gym at 325 New Bridge Road, subject to availability.
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% session forfeiture.
- No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the session credit.
- If FitBeat cancels or reschedules a session due to coach illness or emergency, the session will be fully credited back and rebooked at no cost.
- FitBeat will match the member with a coach whose specialism aligns with the programme.
- Coach preferences such as male/female coach or language may be indicated at booking.
- Package is non-transferable and for personal use only.
- Package is non-refundable once redeemed. If the package has never been used, a full refund may be requested through Tribe within 14 days of redemption.
- Partially used packages are non-refundable.
- A brief health screening questionnaire must be completed before the first session.
- FitBeat may require medical clearance where a material medical condition, injury or contraindication is disclosed.
- FitBeat coaches are not medical practitioners and do not provide medical, physiotherapy or medical nutrition advice.
