FitBeat is a Singapore-based personal training company offering personalised 1-to-1 training programmes delivered by coaches who are matched to each client’s goals and programme needs.
About this programme
Train now so you can lift your grandchildren later. This five-session 1-to-1 programme focuses on movement patterns, strength and mobility to support strength and independence through your 60s, 70s and beyond.
The programme includes progressive resistance training, mobility work and balance.
Ideal for professionals aged 35+ who want to invest in how well they age.
T&Cs
- Includes 5 x 60-minute 1-to-1 sessions.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All five sessions must be completed within the validity period.
- After redemption, FitBeat will send a confirmation email within 1 business day, including a link to the FitBeat booking portal.
- Sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Same-day and last-minute requests are subject to coach availability.
- The member and coach will agree on an initial session schedule, typically weekly or bi-weekly, during the first session.
- Sessions are delivered at the member’s home, condo gym or FitBeat’s gym at 325 New Bridge Road, subject to availability.
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% session forfeiture.
- No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the session credit.
- If FitBeat cancels or reschedules a session due to coach illness or emergency, the session will be fully credited back and rebooked at no cost.
- FitBeat will match the member with a coach whose specialism aligns with the programme.
- Coach preferences such as male/female coach or language may be indicated at booking.
- If the matched coach becomes unavailable, FitBeat may substitute a coach with equivalent qualifications and specialism, with the member’s knowledge and consent.
- Package is non-transferable and for personal use only.
- Package is non-refundable once redeemed. If the package has never been used, a full refund may be requested through Tribe within 14 days of redemption.
- Partially used packages are non-refundable.
- A brief health screening questionnaire must be completed before the first session.
- FitBeat may require medical clearance where a material medical condition, injury or contraindication is disclosed.
- FitBeat coaches are not medical practitioners and do not provide medical, physiotherapy or medical nutrition advice.
