Terms & Conditions:

• Appointment booking required for health screening, walk-ins are not allowed. We advise to call and book your appointment early to ensure redemption of your Evoucher before its expiry date. Indicate "Tribe" during appointment booking.
• Vouchers can only be used at the approved clinics given below.
• All health screening packages must be redeemed within the expiry period mentioned on the voucher.
• Vouchers are not refundable, cannot be replaced or extended if expired, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Voucher can be used only once for redemption at the clinic.
• Evoucher copy must be presented for redemption, voucher printout will not be entertained.
• Any optional add on test will be on cash payment at the clinic
